I've re-used ubolts on both my old 2004 which i swapped front springs on back in 2009 and my 2002 which I just swapped springs on this April. No issues for either thus far...

Any good spring shop or large truck shop can make them on the spot for you at a good price. Make sure you know what you need.

Back when I did my spring swap I had a local big truck spring shop make my new U bolts while I waited, 25 minutes and $69 later I had my stuff.
