So I have made some progress with my T and am getting ready to pull the hogs head to replace the early style bands. In the meanwhile I have ended up with another T (temporarily). I bought a 14 and a truckload of parts to get an early 2 speed Ruxtel for my project so I will have an un restored, out of the shed T for sale at some point for those of you looking for a project. Once I get it home I will share photos. If I had GB's wood skills it would be fun to re work but I have other projects.
Funny how things keep coming to you when you least expect them.
I am enclosing a photo of 2 steamers at a show this past weekend, thought you guys would enjoy.

Cool Pics! What hardware is included with the Ruckstell set up? Just a shifter handle and a connecting rod? Later in the day:
I found some info on the Ruckstell; It is good that you have all of the linkage parts to the axle housing!
Well I got the 14 home with lots of parts. It is a very complete about 85% there. Engine turns and it rolls well. Even have the windshield for it. Even has most of the original paint. Plan to shoot some more photos soon. As for the Ruxtel it is complete with all shift rod parts which is what I really needed. This car will be up for sale soon.
