Fitting for pressure end of bosch fuel pump

Hi Folks,

I bought a new bosch fuel pump from Clay. Looks like the one that is on the truck is not the original. So the fitting on the pressure side on the old pump of course doesn't fit the bosch pump. Does anyone have one of these fittings laying around that I can buy? Clay told me that they are not available from him or Ford.

Thanks for Your Help !

Good possibility here, exactly what is it? Can you get a pic and circle the piece to be sure we're on the same page?

The only pic I can send is the one on the pump I took off. It does not fit on the bosch pump the threads are different. Evidently the PO put a after market pump on it. I will take a pic of the old pump. Thanks for your help !

Are you certain that the original pump and the Bosch pump take the same size fitting?

OK, nope, can't help with this one, sorry 'bout that. Hope you find one. Maybe you have to hit a junk yard.

Ok, let me try this again. I am looking for the fitting that is circled in the picture. It needs to come off of a junk OEM fuel pump.

Thank You !

The NAPA pump that "The Brad" referred you to and the one that you can get from O'Reilly's are both "exact" dimension stock replacement pumps and both come with the quick disconnect fitting that is removable.

So, since they both come with the "exact" fitting, you may try to see if they can order the fitting separately. If not, a salvage yard may be your best bet.
