97 model .the access plate just below hpop
2 bolt ,for removing hpop gear ,it's recessed. Is the an original gasket an oring or do I just glue with rtv.? When I took it apart it seems to just be a black RTV. Struck me as odd haven't heard back from my Navistar guy thought I'd throw this question out there

Far as I know, only the strictly diesel one has a oring.
