There's a thread on this either here or on the explorer forum. I just know not to let them go too long, via the hard way. Had one blow apart on my 95, at 65mph! Made an immediate left turn into the median, stopping only when I hit a concrete anchor block for the guard wire.

About a year ago, I fixed the result of a Mustang that had blown a ball joint. The driver (and the passenger) had a guardian angel that day, as it blew when they were going 5 mph instead of the 70 mph that they had been traveling most of the day.
I always have liked Moog, but get the problem solvers, not the cheap, Chinese-made "R" line that they need to sell to compete with all the other junk on the market. ACDelco professional line is also pretty good if it's made for the Aero. A quick check at RockAuto shows they sell both.
Only 10K on the previous parts? Care to post the name on those? It's one brand I need to stay away from and I'm hoping it's not a brand I recommended.

Everything is made in China nowadays so it doesnt matter what brand. Buy the cheapest. www.am-autoparts.com
