Tractor supply has concentrate. That's where I get it. Walmart has the premix which is fine for topping off a system already running the Rotella ELC.

Now, As long as the system already was running Rotella ELC, it is fine to refill it with the Walmart pre-mix Rotella ELC.
BUT, If you flushed your system with destilled water then you start your first fill with concentrate Rotella ELC. Reason being is the block holds a few gallons of water. So to compensate you fill it with concentrate initially. Anything after that you fill with premix.

Mine was concentrate from Tractor supply.

O'Reilly's sells Final Charge in both premix and concentrate, some stock it and some don't, but they can get it in. It is an ELC rated red antifreeze.
