I'm new to Ford stuff so please forgive me. Can anyone tell me if this is a feedback or non feedback carb? From what I read the non feedback would have a module on the inner fender, is that what's pictured below? It's an 84 and from what I've read the 84 is a feedback carb but I also read that the non feedback has an ignition module on the driver's side inner fender so I wanted to be sure. Thanks
NP, just checking up on things here before I go to bed and your question was easy.
Is it odd to have? Um, 1984 was a transition year so I always ask whoever's posting... I am going to guess that is a 351W? The I-6 300 and V8 302 2-barrel were the first engines to have the computer-controlled stuff and I don't see where you specified the engine size you have. *hint* *hint* *hint*

Lol good point. It's actually an f150, 302 with aod automatic if that helps any.
It almost always helps to give us some basic information on the truck you're asking about, kinda like vital signs; try to remember to include that stuff up front in any subsequent threads you might start, OK?

Hmmm... 302 2V.... well, it was a transition year and the transition happened over time, yours just wasn't one of them.
BTW just to be clear, that is an aftermarket ignition module you have there... that's OK, but I don't want to cause any confusion with my terminology, the ignition system itself is still referred to as the DuraSpark II system.

Welcome to FTE! z
Much thanks ctubutis, that helps a lot. It'll be nice to get some time with the vehicle and get familiarized with things.
