I replaced the IPR and the EBP Sensor. My tube has a crack in it so I will order a new one and replace it.
I also picked up two new batteries and replaced the CPS back to the new Napa version, after I had tried to install my original to fix the no start issue initially.
I also replaced most of the Maxi fuses as a lot looked to be tired.
Finally I found a chafed wire going to the CTS that is located on the water pump.
The wire was chafed where is connects back up to the rest of the wire loom where the four front sensors (CTS, CPS, EBP, HPOP) come together over the front portion of the passenger side VC.
Idk if that would effect my truck but I repaired the damage.
The truck fired right up. Literally. I primed the engine 3 times.
I pulled some information from my SCT Livewire while sitting at idle, truck partially (1/2 way) to operating temp. Sorry for lack of metric(s), i just took the information straight from the screen.
load: 11.75
ICP duty cycle: .09
Injector Control Pressure (Mpa): 3.47-.50 = 503 PSI
Injector pulse width: 2.69
Any feed back on these numbers would be great and highly appreciated.
I am going to hunt down the parasitic drain this weekend.
It looks like your back to normal, normal.....I would scour your wiring for more busted wires. Where there's one there will be more....
Those numbers are pretty much stock/normal
IDMs rarely go bad. They do, however, get water in the plugs sometimes that will cause a bad connection between it and the PCM. Like from the wiper fluid leaking down onto it after a windshield change where the sprayer was broken and nobody told you they broke it...
As mentioned here already, white smoke indicates your injectors are pushing fuel to the cylinders. You are seeing it come out the tailpipe. This should mean the IDM is working to some degree. Have you opened up the turbo to check the compressor fan blades for signs of dusting/damage?
