Idler Pulleys?
Are there two of the on our trucks? In this link from rock auto, it lists two smooth pulleys and grooved ones. I believe our trucks use the smooth ones but do we have one above the tensioner and then one on the other side that they refer to as to ifi one?

There is a sooth idler pulley by the alternator, as shown in you first pic. The pulley you se in the second pic is the drive pulley for the vacuum pump. The back of the belt drives the vacuum pump.
