Vibration while running

Ok so we have a 95 Bronco 4x4 5.8L E4OD that is giving us some issues.

When idling we get a slight vibration not to bad but enough that I can notice it whether in gear or not. As soon as you start driving it smooths out but still a slight vibration almost not noticeable no cel at this time. As soon as you get to 35-45 mph you can really feel a bad vibration (this is when the CEL comes on again) then you start getting to 50+ mph and it starts to smooth out again.
When you slowly accelerate there is a slight hesitation but you punch it and it takes off like a bat out of hell.

I pulled the codes and only code is a 332 while running. It passes key on engine off.

When you key on engine off fuel pressure the fuel pressure goes up but not all the way to spec about 2 psi to low you start the engine then it goes to spec. You then shut off and drop off is about normal.
When you relive the pressure and do a Key on engine off again the fuel pressure is within spec.
Reving up it goes up to spec also.

It has a brand new fuel pump, new gas cap, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, and lines have been blown out. It also has new wires, plugs(NGK which I may change out as I never liked them they came with the truck), new cap and rotor, pcv valve, and air filter.
I have also seafoamed the fuel system. everything that I have done has helped it a little bit but not cured the issue.

not sure if it matters but the coolant temp gauge is not working. Also the transmission is a reman that has an upgraded valve body but I highly doubt that is an issue it shifts with no issues at all actually one of the best shifting of all my auto trucks.
I checked and it is running on all 8 cyls.
It starts with almost no hesistation. It actually starts better then my dad's 91 bronco 5.8L.

I haven't checked timing yet. I am wondering if it is possibly a vacuum issue?
If not what could be causing this?

motorcraft copper plugs for sure. Make sure the plug wires are routed and not touching each other best you can. Timing should be 10*btdc with spout connector removed. you need to figure out why the temp gauge isnt working. the computer expects to see a minimum of 195* for proper fuel mixture/delivery.

I run autolites usually so I will probably switch out for them.

Plug wires are routed so none are touching I ran into that issue with my 88 getting crossfire.

I am guessing either the sender or gauge is bad. The sensor doesn't talk to the cluster right?
will check timing before all also.
