Diesel build help

Gents/ladies

I am currently over seas in Japan and have come into possession of a 7.3 zF5 combo 2wd. I am looking to adapt that power train into my 59 f100. Aside from beefing up the frame at the major stress points, what else is recommended that i do or endevour upon to allow the classic frame to handle up to the diesel weight and roational force? I would also like to request no peanut gallery responses like get a newer frame. Duh, i get it however, this is going to be a frab/retro fit build ease is already out of the question. Any input or technical help is appreciated.

A Power Stroke is going to twist the frame up like a pretzel The frame will need to be fully boxed. Plus to keep the original nine inch style rear end is going to require a built unit with a big bearing housing the original 9" carrier will not cut it. An N carrier will be the minimum you can use. You are adding an additional 600lbs plus over a Y block in drive train weight. The front beam axle should be strengthened between the spring perch and kingpins not sure how long the original kingpins will last with the additional weight.
Not mention a brake upgrade and drive shaft upgrade. The Steering box with all the parts in the steering system will need to be upgraded to heavier bits. P/S is going to be a must. If you are going to chip the motor to get it to meet 03 and later output I doubt the stock frame boxed or not is going to be adequate.

Mathew is right. All you really have that you can safely use of the 59 is the body.
