Putting that motor in an F100 frame without mods is asking for trouble . It will probably twist it because of the motor's weight and torque combo .. The F100 frame is made of a thinner gauge metal than the F250 or F250 highboy frame .. Just something to think about before you venture into such a project .. Start with a F250 frame and springs in front that will support the added weight of the motor

Redroad is wright about the frame twisting, I am currently converting my 2wd truck into a 4wd and I am finding that I am going to have to beef up the frame big time because without proper support my high torque 460 will twist the frame like nothing. If you do go with a 7.3 I would recommend buying a complete rolling 250 or 250 highboy frame and putting your cab and box and stuff on it, just a suggestion.
