Steering coloum shift collar
I NEED TO REPLACE MY SHIFT COLLAR ON MY 1980 FORD F100 DUE TO IT BEING WORE OUT AT THE PIN. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT YEARS WILL FIT ? IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT MAKE AN AFTERMARKET PART FOR A 1980 ?

.. The last MSRP was: $28.82IMO, call the sources I listed first...to see if it can be bought any cheaper. Suggest calling the Ford dealer in VT before the obsolete parts vendors.

now I see it. You are correct...$85.00 + is kinda ridiculous.

I bought a nice used steering column for my 86 flareside for $200 complete. It is non tilt non cruise complete with ignition switch and key, nice steering wheel and horn bar. It made a big difference in handling as I never liked the looseness of the tilt column.
