1977 instument regulator
I recently replaced my instument box with a like ford part number. I used a new regulator. Now all my gauges read about half what they should. Doesn't make sense! Any ideas before I start swapping things out looking for it?

Are the gauges moving a little bit back & forth as it makes a reading ?
If so, measure the pulse with a test light.
Did you do a voltage test on the output ?
If not, do one.
Was this ICVR new or off another truck ?
