Speedo calibration

After much fuss, I finally got all the gauges on my 63 working perfectly....except the speedo is reading about 10 mph lower than my GPS indicates at 60. Is there a way to calibrate it?

Yes, need to change the speedo gear in the transmission. I'm sure Bill or someone will post on the ones available.

Remove the DRIVEN speedometer gear from the end of the cable and count the teeth. The DRIVEN gear could be nylon or steel.
