Hey gents. My truck has been having this issue pretty much since I have had it, but it seems to be getting worse, or so I think.
When the truck is cold, it does not want to move very well. Like it's missing, and it does this until it gets warmer. Also, I have puffs of blue smoke come out the tailpipe when this occurs with it cold.
Funny thing is, it really started to give me more issues about 2 oil changes ago when I used the Full Syn Delo. That's when I noticed it turning worse.
Then after that Delo oil change, I went back to T6 last two oil changes.
Been there. Injector stiction. Cured for a few years with Archoil 9100 then had to replace injector finally. You need access to an IDS to best diagnose.

I agree stiction, Mine did it years ago so I pulled them apart and cleaned the spools with seafoam and scotch bright, than used Hotshot, It solved my problem for over 3 years but I have since bought remans and modded them. You can tell by doing a BUZZ test, The quieter ones are the problem but since your already in there you might as well just do them all.
Well, for now I am just plugging in my truck overnight. It takes the symptoms away at cold starts at the house. But when I am at work I will just have to start it a few minutes earlier before leaving to her warm up.
Talked to my mechanic last night and he said it does sound like stiction. He suggested using some fuel lubricity, see if it helps. Then use RevX if it continues. Then look more in depth with the injectors if all else fails.
He is schedule out 1 month before he can get me in to get it checked out. So he said start small and work there first.
