A while back there was a thread in the Big Bronco forum with stories about Broncos and their victories in accidents.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...hreadid=102051

I would like to hear (read) some more stories like this, but for any Ford vehicle, not just Broncos.

Heres one to start:

My friend had a guy at his place who owned an S-10. When he left, he ran a red light and was hit in the front right fender by a Mercury Sable. His S-10 was totaled and the Sable drove home!!

Okay sorry this is about a b2 but at school we have a half moon that goes by the building with parking on the side. My friend was coming up the side and went into the curve and dropped his b2 into thrid, unfourntualy he drifted out to far and caught the curb. The truck rolled over and still had enough force to roll again and was stopped from rolling a thrid time by our principles car. The roof was dented down over the driver and passanger seats. Both kids in the car jumped out the passanger side window and walked away. The worst injury was the reopening of a cut that was already on the passangers arm. Neither where wering seat belts at the time. The picture is on college humer if your intrested!
Another time my uncle had a mid eighties e-150. He was coming home after haveing "a few too many" and hit the side of the road which was an embankment. The van rolled across the road and barrel rolled 7 times down the hill. He walked away fine. He was however an inch away from breaking his neck judging from the dent made by the tree that stopped him. The van was also driven up the hill after being righted

I drove an old beat to crap 77 f100 for about a year, before it died. I got rearended twice, the Honda Civic that hit me was totaled and left a BMW severely injured. Both of them happened at a stop sign, they were doing something else and just forgot to stop. The only thing that it did was bend my licence plate no other visible damage

I hated that truck, but atleast I didn't have to worry about it!

A few weeks back me and my cousin were just messin around in his 82 f100 in a field, well being stupid we went and did an E-brake slide at like 45 and the tire popped and we rolled, man that sucked. I broke my hand (because I had it out the window) but the truck was just fine except for being a little dented, later that night we started it up and drove it back.

I had a 95 F150 Reg Cab. was sitting at a stop light and when it changed everyone started to move forward...then all of a sudden they stopped. I stopped, but the little Isuzu pickup behind me never saw us stop and smacked into my rear....tore up his hood, lights, drivers side front quarter panel....totally ripped the sheet metal to pieces. All I had was about an inch and half scratch on my back bumper. gotta love the Fords!!!

My mom has a 92 EB explorer that I let roll down a hill at a convinience store. A 2000 el dorado stopped it from its 50 foot roll, costing the caddy $5,000, and my mom raised insurance(which I have to pay). Same explorer, same driver. I CREAMED a 96 blazer in reverse and cost the owner of that car $2000 for a new fender and door. Same explorer also got rear ended by a 96 toyota with a trailor load of lawnmowers at about 15 MPH. Broke the plastic piece on top of the bumper loose, totaled the 'yota...
My grand dad has a 79 f-150 that has killed 5 deer, and you cant tell, even if you are looking for it. His 76 has killed 2 and wounded 1, and all it has to show for it is a poop stain(the truck is white.)

I was in a "gasp" chibby S-10 and rearended a Ford F-250 4X4 a few years back. My truck had major sheetmetal and grill damage and the real truck escaped with a scratch on the ball hitch. I've been sold on Ford Trucks since.
Also the Utah State Patrol gave me a present in the form of a ticket. Thank you very not...

Well I've got a different kind of story...everybody is talking about hardly any damage after getting in wrecks but I had a ton of damage after this wreck.
I let my friend borrow my 88 bronco and he was at a stop light and bent down to ANSWER HIS CELL PHONE and let his foot slip off the brake and rolled out into 50 MPH traffic. When he finally looked up he was in the middle of the road so he gunned it to get out but a saturn clipped my right rear fender and spun him around a couple of times. My truck was trashed beyond belief (totaled I found out later) but all I did was replace 2 ubolts on the rear axle and stick the spare tire on and I drove it around for the next couple of weeks (of course everybody on the road was always honking at me because the thing drove basically sidways after that) till the insurance co. finally got around to picking it up.

Oh yeah and there was nothing left of the saturn front end after he plowed into and went under my bronco.

I know this guy who was driving in snow and he rolled over a 2001 Ranger Edge and the only thing that was wrecked was the passenger's side mirror. He had it checked out at a shop and the frame, suspension and everything else was ok. There were a few tiny scratches too. What a guy!

years ago i was stopped at a red light and was the last of the line of cars waiting for this red light while driving my 1989 F250.All of a sudden this jerk in a Lumina Minivan comes up behind me and wails my truck full rear. Took me about fifteen seconds to realize what happened, but i got out to find some whimpy kid barely 17 driving. He explained how he thought the light turned green. Make the long and short of it i had a bent bunper and bracket that jerk totalled his truck. I got $1200 out of the insurance company cause the attitude of the kid peeved me off, so i insisted on everything being fixed including the tail gate which had a couple of scratches color blending body alligning new wiring for my trailer lights, a pre broken tailight which they wrote in and the samll dent under it. Bought me a FEY bumper and fixed it for $300 then i took the old lady and went to Atlantic City lol

I bounced my 2000 Lincoln LS off of a wall on a highway doing about 60 mph out in california a couple of months ago. A red chrysler minivan ran me off the road when it cut in front of me and then braked hard due to stopped traffic on the other side of a hill. I figured I could total my new car by slamming into him at 65 mph, which might have totaled me also, hope for the best, which never works out for me, or try to slide by on the right between traffic and this divider wall untill I can get slowed down enough to stop and smack the crap out of the minivan driver for his stupidity. Well, I went for the third choice and almost made it. Still made out pretty good. I just barely scraped the wall, side impact airbags didn't go off or anything. Wall didn't bounce me back into traffic, I just scraped and kept on going. I stopped later to evaluate the damage, a long black scratch down the passenger side, a couple of small dents in the plastic doors, and some hard marks on the wheels. Luckily my mirror, door handles, and side airbags were all good. About $1800 worth of damage that I'm just going to pay out of pocket this winter when i put the LS in the garage for the winter.

No, I am too good a person to be in politics, and I cannot afford to contribute $cash$ to his campaign, so I do the best I can with what I have. Besides, I just turned 18 Sunday. No need in ruining my life with all of the scandals associated with politics. I'll leave that to the professionals.

My uncle was pushing 80 when he tagged a 6-point buck in his 1979 F-250 XLT Ranger.

Total damage: broken headlight.

And the guy whose yard the deer landed in (it FLEW a good 100') offered him $50 for it.

Before my son got his own car, he use to drive my 1964 Galaxie 500. He and his girlfirend were comming from her house in my car and entered a traffic circle. Now another car entering the circle has to yield to traffic already in the circle. Signs are posted. So this women driving her brand new japaneese import she just bought, leaves the dealership, (still had the dealers invoice still taped to the rear window), fails to yield. She smacks my car in the rear quarter panel. My son and his girlfirend said they barely felt anything and almost drove on not knowing they just got hit. Gotta love those old heavy cars. Anyway they stop and this womens front fender is almost tore off. The bumper is hanging by a single bolt. Grill is tweaked. Headlight broken. The only damage to my car was mared paint which I rubbed out and a dent the size of my thumb.
