2012 F-350 Issues

Ok
I have a 2012 350,lb,4x4,6.7,crew cab, lariat . Bought new now has 197,000 + miles.
Several weeks ago it started randomly pulling to the Right ! It didn't do it all the time and seemed to stop once the truck was shut off for a few hours. When I say it "pulled" I mean it would steer you in the ditch if you didn't HOLD it back, then it would release and a couple seconds later pull again. The first time it happened I was about 65 miles from home and so I drove about 45 mph all the way ( before any of you question the distance and reasoning behind that, we're from central rural NE and that's not that far besides there is nothing in between). When I took it into the shop the next day it didn't act up once nor did they get it to do it again. Then a few days later, after a 250 mile round trip, I stopped about 20 miles from home, upon leaving it started pulling to the Right,,, and the immediately switched to the Left and so on. It was way worst than before. Again the next day and a different shop/dealer , , nothing. My son told me to try turning off the Traction control and I took the truck on a 1450 mile r.t. witch it never acted up once. In addition to the steering the ignition switch/key would fail to start the truck! When I rotated the key as if to start it nothing happened, all gauges and lights/radio came on but no attempt to turn over. I did this repeatedly and then let go of key,,,at which time after several seconds the truck started normally. This key/start issue has been daily for several weeks. So far one dealer changed the cab computer, one shop changed the tumbler and then changed the key "reader" all to no avail.
It has never been in a wreck, never been flooded or had any water damage !
Sorry for the long post but this is getting expensive and is some what dangerous. Any ideas are welcome

power steering box.. its a good idea to change the fluid every 50,000 miles.. FYI.

directional control valves maybe worn out. so replace or rebuild.
