ertel pistons
I picked up a set of Ertel 957-P pistons. They are .030 flat tops with reliefs. Anybody know anything about these? What kind of compression ratio am I looking at with a C8AE-H head?

390. I know that this is a Fedral Mogul piston. Ertel used to order them from Federal and rebox them as Ertel pistons. Ertel did the same thing with Silvolite. I have talked to Federal and they can tell me nothing. Hastings(used to be Ertel) tells me that I have a stock piston that will give different compression ratios with different heads. Ya don't say, hence this thread.
