Jim- I'm ready to put a sledge hammer through my sons brand new 50" flatscreen & his game system. It sounds like you're going through what Kaedon did earlier this year, except when I called the cops...they told me that both the 17 y/o boy & my daughter could be arrested for "sexting" as he described it & suggested that both parents handle it if we didnt want the kids to have a record.The guy was sent back to his foster care placement center. I took all of her electronics away for 3 months. Once Kaedon started her summer job, I let her have her phone/tablet back. Big mistake... apparently she didn't learn from the 1st time & that she needs to be very addiment about saying "NO!"
Techincally she did say NO this last time when a neighborhood guy called to have her meet him at the park, but then the 19 y/o guy said he just wanted to come over & "talk because he was depressed." That was his in & thats all it took! She fell for it.
She was sexually assaulted last month & unfortunately had to learn the hard way. Atleast I hope she learned from it this time. I now have her electronics again & if she goes anywhere(except school) or uses the phone/internet, I'm right there to supervise everything & it's no longer than 5 minutes at a time.
*Side note*
The cops can't arrest the guy because Nevada laws on rape don't protect the victim if they had "locked-in syndrome" at the time of the incident.
I pray that you wont ever have to go through what we've gone through & are still going through.

Sounds like your daughter and my grand daughter are in the same boat. I pray that they both wise up before it is too late. It will have to be from Him as I have run out of things to try.

Vici was care flight-ed to Reno last night. She couldn't eat & was sick to her stomach. Her kidney numbers were off etc. It appears the kidney stuff was dehydration. They put her on IV fluids. Her blood wht cell count was down they gave her blood.
But the damn doctors in Carson about OD her on antibiotics. The doctors here & in Reno after Vici told them about what went on there just shook their heads & think something is wrong with the antibiotic deal. We believe her issues now are a result of Carson Tahoe Care Center. If we can prove it we will be the new owners of it.
We are going to file a complain with the State Medical Board against Carson Tahoe Care Center. They are going to kill people there if something isn't done.
Anyway she is doing better & we are hoping she will be home mid week next week.

I hope you have a awesome weekend. I'll be working today from 10-6, so no family fun or relaxation for me today. On the plus side, I'm hoping to start a new job on Monday where I wont have to worry about a regular paycheck or deal with anxiety over possible safety issues.

😡 Well went out to start shakey (70 F250) and she decided she was not going to start this morning. The old girl has been pretty faithful for the 9 months i have had her. Hope fully nothing major. I will start playing with her tonight probably and see what i can figure out.

I may have to move at the end of the month. Not cool since I only found out a week ago. HUD has cancelled the contract due to the owner's inability to get rid of the bed bug issue. They sprayed twice... Should have taken care of it. A friend of mine doused the new recliner with half a gallon of Home Defense, and then almost a full can of bed bug and flea spray, and I have been vacuuming around the chair, and in all the crevices of the chair every other day or so, and I actually think they are gone now as I have slept in the chair with no shirt on the past 4 days and not one single bite. However, it is past the 30 day deadline that HUD gave the property owner to get rid of them, so it looks like I will have to move as I cannot afford the full rent here on my fixed income.

Sunday blessings to you & prayers for anyone that may need it.
Yesterday was a long day at work, but I survived. Jimmy helped to make it better though. He fixed the backfiring & cutting out on my Hyosung(regapped the spark plugs) & surprised me at work with it. I'm so happy to have "FLAMEN" on the road again. As tired as I was after work, I managed to take it for a short ride. Once I hit the highway & saw that I was safely clear to(uh hmm...clear out the carbon ) I hit 98 mph in 2 blocks give or take. WOOHOO! Yah buddy! That's what I'm talking about.
What a rush!! Espresso & crotch rockets...the legal mans drug.Lol It felt good to ride my pride n joy again, but it's definitely a night & day handling difference between my Vstar & the Hyosung. Hopefully I'll go for a ride later, but this morning is picture day for the grandkids. So on that note..I'm off n running.
