Festus, thanks bud that did the trick she fires right up now, I kinda feel like a bonehead I thought it was an air intrusion in the fuel system and the trucks been parked for a year because I haven't had time to diagnose as I wanted to remove box to replace all return and supply lines anywho.. I'm back In business and tomorrow is opening day for bow season! Perfect timing thanks a million for your help

If I may make a pushy suggestion, ensure it has Motorcraft/Beru ZD9 Glow Plugs in it now that it's working we don't want any other brands exploding tips.
Personally, I would pull everyone of them and ensure that!
