Hey everyone so I thought I would share the newest update we took the truck and had all the shocks replaced plus the brakes rotors bearings and inner and outer tie rod's. The tires have been checked balanced and rotated. But for some reason we are still having an issue on the passenger front side once we get past 20 miles an hour it starts vibrating excessively when we get onto the freeway we cannot pass 70 and steering is difficult due to the vibration. I also thought that I should take note that the vibration does not occur at all when breaking and that other than the vibration on the right the truck drives fairly smooth and you can tell a noticeable difference before the shocks and everything replaced. But what could this be more importantly was the vibration still there after all of this work?
So, while I do love Ford, I don't love these damned issues! I haven't had a chance to go to my friends garage yet (I don't have any tools anymore, they were stolen) the vibrations seem to come and go as they please varying with speed. I can feel vibration even when I let of the brake and just roll down the drivway. I did however rotate the tires and had them checked-no issues they say. I also notice there is now 'death wobble' sometimes while driving at 50-65 M/PH. Also now there is a squeaking noise coming from the ball joints all of the time now. Any guesses?
Death wobble can be attributed to many things, ranging from suspension, steering components, tires, bearings, etc. since you're ruled out the last two, I'd start checking over all your front suspension and steering gear.
I haven't heard of death wobble at driveway coasting speed, that's new to me.
What happens when you grease the upper ball joints, does the noise disappear or lessen?
I would say ball joints. Mine was doing the same thing, minus the squeaking. I had a death wobble at about 45 mph that would come and go at random, a vibration most of the time when it wasn't doing the death wobble. I replaced the ball joints in a day in my driveway with moog parts and it went away. I wouldn't drive it if you don't have to.
So, I'm defiantly going to get them replaced. I already ordered some pro-line parts for all ball joints (4) these current ball joint have no grease cert. I tried to grease the outer fitting but, I don't think it was enough to make a difference. I figure I may as well replace them I've already replaced the wheel bearings, struts, inner and outer tie rods, hub and rotor assembly, brakes, and bushings on both sides.
1) I know the ball joints are probably bad.
2) Should I replace the Pittman Arm?
3) Has anyone else seen this vibration issue?

Thanks guy very much for the awesome advice!
1. If your ball joints are squeaking and there is no grease fitting, they are definitely bad. Replacing them isn't bad, but the ball joint press at advance/auto zone will not do super duty ball joints without some creativity (the cup with a cap isn't big enough for the ball joint to fit through) but it will work.
2. What makes you think you need to replace the Pittman Arm? Is it cracked? Bent? If neither, then replacing it won't do anything. Are you referring to the tie rod end that connects to the Pittman Arm? If so, check it the same way you would the toe rod ends at the knuckles. If they're is play or the boot is torn, then replace. If not, don't waste the money. I'm willing to bet that the ball joints will fix your issues.

So okay good I'm going to definitely replace those ball joints I didn't think it was the pitman arm I'm just trying to rule out everything. I'm going to have a mechanic do it since I got all my tools stolen I don't have anything anymore to change Super Duty Parts so after I replace the ball joints the truck should drive nice and smooth I'm going to have the bearings is double check though just in case they're not seated properly
