Ladder Rack for 98 Navi

I'm looking for a ladder rack that will replace the stock one that comes on a 1998 Lincoln Navigator. There doesn't seem to be any available online. Can someone recommend one that they know would work with it? (I'm not afraid to drill holes)

You want a ladder rack or a luggage rack? They are two different things.
