Edge evo help
I received my edge evolution today. I plug it in and its set back to level zero as it should be, but it says its needs an update to work on my vehicle (somewhere along those lines anyway).
My problem is the fusion software says i have an unrecognized device. I've run the program on my pc in config mode and nothing changes. Restarted my pc to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas?

I called edge and they told me I bought a programmer that is too old and can't be updated to work with my 08.

really thats weird thought 04 to 08 were all the same and able to be updated

do you have the model number wondering if its the same as mine.
when i update my tire size sometimes i get and error but so far just unplug it and start over the tune and im ok
