Location of computer module

Hey everyone! Where is the computer module located on a 2001 explorer sport.(4.0L V6) I just bought a used one and I did not get the keyless entry code. The book says it is on the module.

Thanks,
Jared B.

Assuming it's in the same location as in my 98 Sport, the unit is inside the storage compartment on the left side of the cargo area wall. You'll probably need a mirror to read the label.

If you are taking about the main comp. It's under the hood on the firewall, left-center. Can't miss it with all the wires going in it.

I have the same problem - but when I pulled the "main computer" from the firewall, I found a sticker on the back of the unit, but no code. Ideas...... anyone?

I think the code on my '95 Ranger was 'SEE4'. That's it, it's short and simple and in big letters.
