Block identification?

I have access to all the numbers as the bare block is on a stand need to find out what year this block is and if it's compatible with the heads and pistons i have?

Using the numbers below should help. It shows the cutoff #s for the blocks.
They didn't commonize until 06. So depending the year of the block dowel, will depict what heads. Here's some info below.
