Distribution Block- 67 Mustang - A1419
Works perfect but I had to change the flare nuts on my brake lines to fit the new distribution blocks threads.
Had to trim the bottom off the mounting bracket a bit as well.
Thanks

Thank you! How did you change the flare nuts? Adapters? Cut line, new nut , double flare? MC
I cut off the old trashed nuts and put on the correct matching size nuts and
Re-flared the lines.
You can get a flare tool along with a length of brake line pretty cheaply to practice your cuts and flares on.

3/8"-24 is the standard sized inverted flare fitting for 3/16" diameter brake tubing. (2) of these fittings will come on the 3/16" various length brake tubing you get at the parts stores. The 3/8"-24 flare nut fittings are also available, individually, from the parts stores.
However, Ford also used 7/16"-24, 1/2"-20 and 9/16"-18 inverted flare nut fittings with a center hole designed to fit on 3/16" diameter brake tubing. These are specialty sized fittings that the parts stores generally do not carry. --this is the part where they usually point you to the fitting adapters bin. Adapters don't give a professional looking installation.
These specialty sized (direct connection) fittings are available brand new through Classic Tube.
The 7/16"-24 fitting is part number ST8006. The 1/2"-20 fitting is part number ST8007. The 9/16"-18 fitting is part number ST8010.
