I am also doing the 1.0 exhaust housing with the WW2 at the same time as this mod. :thumbs up:

 

Ok, I finally got the turbo on and it's running good now. When I first got it started and took it for a test run there was some white/yellow smoke coming out the tailpipe??? There was also some white smoke that came into the cab... Pulled over and popped the hood and it was smoking around the turbo. Any ideas why? After I brought it back home checked everything over and took it for another drive it cleared up, I just drove it real easy for a few miles (never over 2,000 rpms and staying out of the throttle) then took it out on the highway (about 2400-2450 rpm at 70) it seems fine now. Any idea what would cause the smoke? I'll post back tomorrow after I drive it some more.

 

I was really happy with how easy it went on and with the faster spool up. I can now hear it spool up at around 1500 rom vs the previous 2100-2200.

 

Probably the housing was oily
