Smile Throttle sticking

Hi Guys,
I have 1978 F100 V8.
When I come to a stop after driving the idle is real fast.
When I blip (quick pedal push down and release) on the throttle the idle comes right back down.

Is it a sticking throttle cable or broke spring?
Everything looks ok with the carburettor?

Thanks,

+1 Check that your choke and high idle cam are working properly.
