I’ve designed a new badge for the 6.2 Boss equipped trucks. The “Boss Powered” badges come WITHOUT any paint. The rendition shows black paint in the recessed areas. The badges you receive will not have any paint. You can paint the recessed area the color of your choice or leave it unpainted. The badge is polished aluminum with milled unpainted recessed areas. The diameter of the “gear” is 5 inches and the length of “Boss Powered” is 9.4 inches. The badges are flat and come with 3M VHB adhesive tape applied.
Cost per set is $425. Cost for a single badge is $250. Cost includes shipping in the continental United States ($445 and $270 for Canada or Mexico). These badges are custom made as orders are received so there IS NO REFUND once the badge order is scheduled for production. Depending on current production schedule, delivery could take up to approximately 10 weeks but is normally under 8 weeks.

If I were you, I'd also be working on a similar badge to what the 2017 Power Stroke's will have. That way you can capitalize early on the new 2017 6.2L owners.
These 6.2L badges are already available so we would just need one similar to the longer POWER STROKE emblem.
Bugzilla, you should register your badge design and get a mold-maker make you molds
so you can make the badges out of lightweight plastic. that will help you cut down on the manufacturing time as well as on the customer waiting time, and increase your sales volume. then sell them thru eBay. just a thought. you have acted on something us 6.2 owners need and want for our trucks. don't miss the opportunity to cash out on it.
