I have a '75 F150 Supercab that is very original; I am trying to get a handle on the value of this truck. Supercabs seem to be pretty rare so it is hard to find many comparisons and what I have found vary dramatically. My truck is 2wd, full size bed, and has 104K original miles. It is all original, 460, auto, factory air, factory tow pkg. Brown over white original paint that is very good other than the hood which has "patina"/slight fading. Paint, stickers, data plate etc are all there. Runs/drives great. Never wrecked/repaired. Had a leaking power steering pump which I replaced.
Do you folks think Hagerty and Nada values are accurate?
I'm not sure what it is that you find rare about it but it sounds to be a fairly common truck. As far as Hagerty or nada.com values go, in my experience they can be WAY off. For example my 78 4wd crew from CA list just over 8k high retail on nada. I'd say they aren't in the right ball park but they aren't even playing the same game. My 76 f100 2wd sb from VA that I paid $1800 for and just done a 460 swap on is average 11k on nada, it's not worth that. It's worth whatever the seller and buyer can agree that it's worth. Around here in WV, being 2wd, without seeing and checking the truck, 1k-3k. From your description I'd put it towards the higher end of that range. It's your truck, enjoy it, that's where you get the real value.
I see supercabs on Craigslist, you might use one of the national craigslist search engines to look at some 70's supercabs - get a feel for what other people are looking for/asking.
Also, in this forum there is a Craigslist post that shows what other FTErs have found - you will find some there as well.
