plowing with a manual?

So iv official gotten tires of blowing auto transmissions so I'm currently working on doing a manual swap. Now the swap is goi ng to happen regardless of weather I can plow with it or not. But I want to know if anyone plows with a manual? I was also wondering what clutch would be best suites for it the south bend dual street clutch or the valair dual disc clutch both same power but the valid has higher pressure spring and is suppose to have a stiffer pedal for faster shifts I would think it's better for going in and out of reverse but the south bend is suppose to be a softer pedal but I would think that means slower shifts. What is your guys' input?

24hrs of changing gears. No thanks. I have a 5spd in my personal truck, but I plow with a 4500 Dmax and Allison. This is the only scenario where I prefer an auto. I simply could not imagine rowing gears in a heavy storm for 24+ hours.

A bigger transcooler with a dedicated e-fan would save your tranny.

Well I just wanted to know if anyone has done it and has experinve of a how grippy of a clutch is better I'd think a fairly quick clutch would be best to get in and out of gear quick but I wanted dual clutch so I can put in injectors (have cam and headstuds want 180cc100% maybe 205 at most)and still drive pretty agressive in the street. Based on how my idi with single ceramic drove I'd think the dual with more slip would be nice

i put 200k miles on my 88 with the factory clutch, only removed it when the T-case exploded and switched to automatic. all the other 5 trucks still had the factory clutch in them when they were sold with over 200k miles on them and all plowed also.
only difference is we did roads, not lots or driveways.

I have been plowing for 20+ years. Never once with an auto. All parking lots and driveways.

I cannot comment as for which clutch because my trucks were all stock
