I have. 93 ford f250 351 with a 5 speed. Notice i have had a decent size leak and looks like its coming from the top because its wet on both sides of the tranny please help on where you think it could be, or if you have had this problem. The tranny info here:
You have the wide-ratio ZF5 transmission. Unfortunately we here can't really tell you where your transmission is leaking from.
The best thing you can do is get like 3-4 cans of de-greaser or brake-cleaner, and thoroughly clean the outside of the transmission. Once the transmission is clean, drive the truck a bit and see where it starts to get wet with oil. There's your leak.
