SP2P Performer 2V intake

Has anybody used this intake? It looks similar to the performer, but made for a 2 BBL carb. Any opinions on it?

SP2P Performer 2V intake

All the SP2P intakes I have seen are 4v. Could it be the smog version of performer with 2v?

it's touted as an economy/ performance intake. the runners are very small to promote low speed velocity. the 4 bbl carb flange is somewhat contradictory. should be a good choice for low end torque and fuel economy, but if it's a lot of power you're after, probably not.

That SP2P 2V manifold was originally marketed as a gas mileage enhancement more than a performance improvement. The ports are very small, quite a bit smaller than the stock manifold. The carb mounting flange is a nightmare, as well.

I wouldn't recommend that manifold for any application where power is important. In fact, I wouldn't recommend it unless you needed to fill space in a museum.
