Fold a Cover!

Just got the spray in bedliner in and the Fold a Cover installed. Cover is kinda pricey but worth it to me.

My old one let in very little water. I expect no less from this cover.

How does it seal around the tail gate ? I'm guessing you can open and close the tailgate with the cover closed ?

The installer put a gasket all around the sides and bottom of the body of the bed where the tailgate closes against. My last one didn't have that gasket.

I see they are including the tailgate seal as part of the purchase now. So that is nice.

Can the tailgate open and close without having to open / lift the cover at all ?

Never mind, I finally found the answer on their website:

"For trucks with a locking tailgate: You can open the tailgate if the cover is in the closed position. However, the seal installed on the rear panel is designed to be compressed on top of the tailgate so you will need to open the rear panel prior to closing the tailgate."
