Strange turbo problems

I've had ford look into this but the dealership where i'm at is generally useless and because there wasn't a code they said there wasn't a problem. Truck is a 2010, straight stock.

What it started out as is whenever the truck would go into regen it couldn't hold lower amounts of turbo pressure at all. It would go up to 10-15psi then drop to 0. It would just oscillate like that until I put power into it and hard throttle I could get up to 20psi and it would hold there, and I could take it up to 25-26. Its been like that for probably a couple years now however I didn't drive it very much.

Now i'm working my truck a lot more daily, and this issue has progressed to now every day the truck does not run well. From a dead stop I have no power, I press into it and i'll slowly go off and then the big turbo comes in and get sucked back into the seat. Pretty much can't hold that lower amount of pressure all day and only got power if I step into it.

Sounds like small turbo is ****ed, however, no codes are being thrown.

I ran over a moose a few years ago, broke a sensor on top of the transmission (not sure which one), and I don't know if it could have wrecked another sensor along the way thats telling the turbo to do the wrong thing.

About once a month it would also blow a bit of blue smoke, burning oil somwhere. Probably the turbo I assume.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
