Small electrical project

So I had a project I always wanted to do.
The wiring at the battery in our trailer.
2006 Weekend Warrior LE3505.

Positive terminal
(3) 16ga fuse holders crimped to 8ga and 10ga feed wires.
(1) 10ga non fused lift Jack motor.
(1) 8ga battery to generator.
(1) 8ga to circuit breaker
(1) 10ga to circuit breaker

Negative terminal
(4) 10ga
(1) 8ga

Removed everything
Made this panel
Bussman 100 amp circuit breaker
Blue Sea 6 circuit 100 amp service

Fed the heavy circuits to the circuit breaker .
Fed additional circuits to fuses.

Ran 6ga positive and negative.

I think it came out pretty well if I do say so myself.

Very nice job. It was warranty work that put Weekend Warrior away. Rumor has it at one million a month in warranty claims their last year in business.

Yes I believe it. Last year I had my front cap replaced and roof .

I just R&R the suspension last week also.

I forgot to mention I have a cover for the panel, but need to trim it for the circuit breakers. I'll post up a final when I get the cover finished.

While your in there you might consider a battery disconnect switch. They really do come in handy.

Push the little red button on the 100 amp circuit breaker and instant battery disconnect.

Thanks. Yea left the cruddy box. Going to design a drop box mount, instead of cheesy plastic box.

Very nice and organized. What a difference from stock. The only thing I might have done differently would have been to solder those connections.
I just have a hard time feeling comfortable with 100 amp connections, or any for that matter, if I don't solder them.
I know everything else is probably crimped, but just like the permanent connections.

I agree. I was running out of time. I have it in the books to go back, remove the plastic insulation, solder and heat shrink it.

Very nice work, looks like you have plenty of room for a couple of 6 volts in there as well
