radiator support hardware

In process of replacing rusted out radiator support on my 1990 f150 4x4. Got all new rubber grommets. In process washer and shims bolts nuts etc. got thrown away. Where can I find replacements for these besides a junk yard?

The washer atop the radiator support really needs to be slotted to allow for alignment/adjustment.

i found i had to use 2 washers anyway so that i could step up and fill the hole.this gives all the adjustment needed.actually it looks like it used 3 there i guess.all kinds of wiggle for lining it up.
