Other than the optional bucket seats that were available in the later Slick body styles, I'm not aware of any split bench seats in them.
I don't know if the photo you posted is yours or if it's one that was found on the internet (?). Whatever the case, I don't know what the vehicle is or if the split seat in it is even stock to whatever vehicle that is.
....the interior door handle in the photo looks Chevrolet to me.
Later model Ford trucks up to about '96 were available with split benches. They will bolt in a Bumpside truck.
I've got a 67 F100 I'm building. I saw this seat in a F100 truck at show missed the owner and I've been searching all over the Internet trying to find a splint bench seat like this. I think it's 60s just not sure what it's out of maybe some sort of Chevy thanks for tip on door panel.
