If they didn't come on the truck from the factory, then you're not going to have any of the wiring that is needed to make them operate. Sure, you can add them as you can add anything, but between the parts and labor it wouldn't be worth it. It would almost certainly cost you less (and definitely be easier) to get an aftermarket stereo with a steering wheel remote.

But u Know when i opened Factory adapter in my steering wheel in the right side , i found it empty from inside ( That's mean no wire and that's my Question
If you look at a 2011 without Sync there are no controls for phone on the steering wheel and the truck is not pre-wired to add them. I don't have the 2012 wiring diagram, but as far as I know, the same holds true for the 2012 XL models. If you don't have the controls there are no wires.
