stage 8 fasteners:
has anybody used them between stock exhaust manifolds and exhaust collectors (I think that's the name)?
i'm thinking about getting them because I previously had problems with nuts and bolts getting loose.

Stage 8 is a good quality brand, but a torque wrench and the correct type of sealant (Locktite) will do what you need. I would use the green colored stuff. It holds bearing races in place. Requires a heat source (torch) to remove. But you need grade 8 nuts and bolts, washers and lock washers, to start with.

If just exhaust manifolds I don't see why some grade 8 bolts with lock washers wouldn't do. Headers, heck yeah Stage 8.
