I've been around since 2003 or 04 can't remember which. I too don't visit the forum as much as I used to. I still try to poke my head in once in awhile. Hopefully can help out other enthusiasts and check out other people's projects. Love FTE!
Well it's not really a build in progress, more of an idea I'm tossing around. About a year ago I traded my once daily driver 96 F150 for a lifted SAS 91 F150. A buddy at work was daily driving the 91, he was looking for something a little more practical for daily commuting. We traded even across. I was already planning on selling the truck anyway, I figured I would try to sell the 91. Anyway it's been over a year since the trade, and I still have the truck. For some reason it just won't sell. So now I'm thinking about putting a Ranger body on it and shortening the frame, making truggy out of it. I don't really need another wheeling rig, I'm just not sure what else to do with it. Any suggestions?

Hahaha I like it! I actually considered throwing one of my extra plow setups on it and taking some of the lift out of it, then try selling it that way. I've come to the conclusion most people who are looking to buy a used pickup truck, don't necessarily want one that's jacked high in the sky. It seems that a plow truck might be more desirable, this truck is actually in pretty nice shape; with the exception of a couple hillbilly cobble repairs. Truthfully I really don't need another money pit off road truck, although it would be a lot of fun. Between all the trucks I already have, the house, the shop, the barn, property, etc etc etc; I have enough projects to last me a lifetime.
