No. The F-350 has the spare tire in the right bedside. And as a result the F-350's have a 140" wheelbase. Whereas the F-100 has a 133" wheelbase for the 8' bed with a standard cab.
Looking at a F 350 and have a F 100... are the beds interchangeable?

I am certainly no expert but I think my 1979 F-350 4x4 with 8' bed is a 133" wheelbase. I think it's the Supercab or Trailer Special that has the longer wheelbase. I have been wrong before though.
There is no reason for an F-350 to have a longer wheelbase than a F-100.
I'm guessing the beds are interchangeable but the experts here know better than I.

IF the F-350 is a two wheel drive and came with a styleside bed it is a 140 inch wheelbase therefore the bed from any other model will NOT fit. IF it is a 4 wheel drive F-350 with a styleside bed it has a 133 inch wheelbase and the beds WILL interchange.
F-350 with syleside bed. Note the opening where the spare tire goes:
Well I too stand corrected. And I should've added that the 2wd F350's were available in the 140" wheelbase. An oversight on my part. And thanks for the correction Bill for the rest of the F350 info.
