Torqueing plugs. Anything else?
Current mileage 137,600
Plugs, boots and springs (I think the springs) were replaced at 90k in 2006....yes 2006.
Plan is to retorque plugs.
While I'm already suffering doing this work:
1) should I replace plugs instead?
2) boots?
3) springs?
4) anything else?
I won't ask about replacing COPS. No issues but I feel like replacing.

With 47K on the current plugs, I'd just go ahead and replace them since you're going through the work of "re-torquing" the plugs. Plugs are only 4 bucks apiece. I'm in the 28 in-lbs with no anti-seize camp, FWIW.
Make sure that you use some more dielectric grease when reassembling. Inspect your boots and replace any boots/springs that look degraded. I wouldn't waste money replacing serviceable COPS.
