I got an estimate today for repairing my passenger side quarter panel and cladding. Wow! A new piece of plastic cladding is over $500 by itself! So, I wanted to ask if anyone had removed theirs or were parting out a truck and would like to get rid of this piece.

Yes, I had same one coming off on my 05' zero damages and ford would not remove and re-glue it. Cost me over $800 to replace it, I don't worry much about money but even I thought it was ridiculous.

 

You can get it for mid 300's. Part # is 1C7Z7829164APTM which is the right side. ...165APTM is the left side.

 

Correct, then dealer charges the rest for removal,prep,painting and install
