help 99 f150

I have a 99 f150 xlt 2wd xtened cab 4.2 auto. The brake lites, interior lites, windows, cargo lite, underhood lite, and cruse control does not work, no fuse blown. Is there a relay on fusable link that might be blown? help me what could it be?

Did you check the fuses under the hood also?
