Took close to a year but its finally done, the nephew has learned a lot and is looking forward to when the truck will be his, for now im going to enjoy driving it. Took it for a quick drive today, Ins and plates go on it tomorrow then the wife and i are going to dinner in the old bucket.
That is gorgeous!!!...the stance you have is perfect. Whats the setup if you dont mine me asking? Wheel offset and tire width is what im trying to figure out. I want mine to stick out just like yours!!!. Exceptional Job!
Some day I will get my grab handles installed, thanks again for them.
I would love to know about the grab handles. My wife has mentioned the lack thereof and I'm looking at Jeep parts. I already have a Jeep. I would rather not pollute my Ford with AMC or Chrysler parts.
THANKS TO ALL, It was great to teach my nephew how to rebuild this truck, his younger brother wants to get into drag racing so the next build will be a newer mustang that i can teach him with but i will get to enjoy it before he gets it. I made Rich and i a pair of grab handles that worked out pretty well, the passenger gets in with ease and the driver no longer pulls on the steering wheel. I will post the wheel info later for the gentlemen that asked. THANK YOU again.
