Not OEM, look homemade, sort of resemble the disc wheels used on Chevrolet and other 20's cars.
All 1953/66 F350's & P350 Parcel Delivery's have 6 lug wheels on a 7.25" bolt circle.

Those are military wheels I think. We have them on our ford bob tails here at work. Air forces base.

Customs I'd guess, certainly not anything factory. Stockton Wheel sells a flat center custom they call their "Power Wagon Series" iirc. Stu
