Problem with frame cut

So I bought a 64 F100. It was dark and I HAD to have this truck, so I failed to look at it as close as I should have. It's a long bed truck that someone with no business handling tools cut to fit a short bed. They moved the shackles forward and hacked the excess off the back. It looks like garbage and I don't have enough clearance between the leafs and the frame to use it as a truck. Plus they eyeballed it and the axle is too close to the front of fender well.

My question: what frames are the same as my 64? Might find a salvage one and fab it on to my truck.

location would help , I have a 64 long bed frame 6cyl and no rot [ from Cali and Aridzona ] or I have a 65 factory short bed frame ; was modded but nothing permanent
