Welcome to FTE
All Crew Cabs thru 1972 were converted from Regular Cabs, regardless of who made them.
There isn't one specific to Crew Cab part listed in Ford truck parts catalogs prior to 1973, as all were Domestic Special Orders.
1965 Crew Cabs look essentially the same as 1966's, but there are two types.
Early 1965 Crew Cabs were made by Crown Coach, have exposed rear door hinges and different rear window frames than the late 1965 FoMoCo Crew Cabs.
Two types of Styleside beds will be found on 1965/66's: The 1957/60 Styleside beds, that people call the "wrong" beds because the bed lines don't match the cab lines.
The other Styleside beds are the 1964/66 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD types.
Some of these beds when installed on Crew Cabs were cut off, just in front of the rear wheel openings. IMO, these look just awful.
